You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Job Listings & Applications
EduJobs serves as a marketplace connecting teachers and schools. We do not guarantee employment and are not a party to any employment agreement between users. Schools are responsible for the accuracy of their job listings.
5. Content Uploads
By uploading resumes, videos, or other content, you grant EduJobs a non-exclusive license to use, store, and process that content to provide our services. You retain ownership of your content.
6. AI-Powered Tools
Our AI tools (resume feedback, video analysis) are provided for guidance purposes only and do not constitute professional career advice. Results may vary and should not be solely relied upon for career decisions.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or profiles. You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content without permission. Violations may result in account termination.
8. Limitation of Liability
EduJobs is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EduJobs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are used in a manner harmful to other users or the platform.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through appropriate legal channels.
11. Changes to Terms
